We want you to feel confident ordering from PrimeCut Tools. Please review the policy below so we can process returns and exchanges quickly and fairly.
Returns & Exchanges
New, unused, in-stock tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
* Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different tool, please return the unused item for a full refund and place a new order for the appropriate product.
After 30 days from delivery, refunds or store credit may be issued at our discretion, except where warranty coverage applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@primecuttools.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item(s). Prompt notification helps us resolve issues efficiently.
Refunds & Inspection
All returned items are inspected by our service department before a refund is issued.
Tools must be returned unused and in original condition. Please note that our inspection process is thorough, and tools showing signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.
Defective Tools
PrimeCut Tools stands behind the quality of our products. If a tool is determined to be defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.
If you believe you have received a defective tool, please contact us at info@primecuttools.com or by phone with your order number and details about your setup, such as:
- CNC or router model
- Speeds and feeds
- Material being cut
In many cases, what appears to be a defective tool can be resolved with adjustments to settings or cutting techniques, and our team is always happy to help troubleshoot.
How to Return an Order
Email info@primecuttools.com to attain an RMA number.
Please include the following with all returns:
- A printed copy of your RMA emailed to you
- Product(s) being returned
